| 2001 Cadillac DeVille DTS 4.6L radio will not turn on VIN: 1G6KF57961 The tech working on the Cad disconnected the battery and reset/tightened the 3 8mm bolts that connect the fuse box to the harness, This was done to the front and rear fuse boxes... radio came back to life.
