well thanks again for everyone who helped. well the reason to close this late is the customer needed the car urgently and said he will bring it back later. we received a call from him yesterday saying he got conditional pass and will bring it in 3 months.

All 10 suggested I change the a/c clutch relay. I called the customer and he sent his wife to pick one up (another town). I told him where to look and he replaced it and all is well. Thanks to all who responded.
