Thanks to all eight that replied. Most said that the charcoal canister had loose charcoal that cloged the purge valve. I removed the purge valve and shook it over a white piece of paper. Got ok from customer to pull heads off for inspection. Found the valve seats were bad as many of you have stated. Machine shop repair the heads and did a valve job. Vehicle runs good now and customer is happy with repairs. Thanks for all the replies. |
