| 1995 Jaguar XJR 4.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: SAJPX1149S The only codes that turned out to be relevant had to do with the coolant temperature. Replacing the thermostat and the CTS and clearing all the codes has apparently solved the problem. The car has driven about a week without resetting any codes and the MIL has... Trouble codes: P0116 (ECTS out of range likely thermostat), P0420 (Poor cat efficiency A Bank), P0430 (Poor cat efficiency B Bank), P1401 (EGR out of range vtge either high or low), P1409 (EGR drive circuit out of range.). |
