Has anybody had a similar problem with the auto trans output shaft seal leaking on an '03 Sorento?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is the driveshaft slip joint worn out even though it doesn't appear to have a wear groove???

the info from the replies helped us go over some things that we have already checked a second time. but we were unable to isolate the problem. we suspect it to be in the wiring harness but were unable to be 100 % sure it would fix the problems the vehicle had ... Trouble codes: P0340 (cam sensor).
