1993 Eagle Vision 3.5L Body controls
The doors are continually switching from defrost to floor
to vent. When I hook up the scan tool it is not reading
right. For example when I turn on the wipers it says I

This morning I hooked up the Snap On Modis scanner (borrowed) and Cam sync PID and Cam sync at start up PID all showed "yes" where as OTC showed "no sync" also ac relay and CEL commanded PID's showed correctly.
