2002 Dodge Ram 1500 ST 4.7L Steering Pump VIN: 1D7HU16N82
The power steering makes a hissing sound and seems to go away when turning the wheel at times. I vacuum bled the pump and then replaced the pump. Same noise. The pump does not whine nor is it hard to steer.

Thanks to Timothy from Wisconsin and Jonathan from North Carolina, the issue was oil was leaking from the valve cover pretty bad in fact it was 2qts down. The cam signal looked good but the crank didn't look right, so I replaced it after checking pwr and gro... Trouble codes: P0351 (p0353-), P0353.
