| 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 ST 4.7L Steering Pump VIN: 1D7HU16N82 The power steering makes a hissing sound and seems to go away when turning the wheel at times. I vacuum bled the pump and then replaced the pump. Same noise. The pump does not whine nor is it hard to steer. |
