| 1999 Audi A4 1.8L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: WAUBB28D1X Thanks for all the replies. Vehicle is finally fixed. I kept coming back to the low vacuum at idle. Timing belt marks lined up perfect. But in the end it was the rear timing chain. The intake cam was off a tooth because of disintegrated tensioner chain guides.... Trouble codes: 18014 (rough road/engine torquesignal from abs malfunction), 16502 (coolant temp sensor- signal too high- intermittent), P0301, P0302, P0304, P0303. |
