Sorry for the late closing, but I am finally confident to call this one a fix. The problem was the brand new EGR valve from Ford was defective. I replaced it with a new one and all is good. As far as some of the replies go, the rats have not returned. I ph... Trouble codes: P0401 (Insufficient EGR flow detected), P0528 (Cooling Fan speed sensor no signal).
