HI GUYS WELL THE PROBLEM WAS THE PCM REPLACED AND PROGRAMED IT RUN FINE. INTERESTING THOUGH MY GM DEALER STOCKS 2 OF THEM AND HAS ALREADY SOLD 3 OF THEM THIS YEAR. THANK AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP.

Sreering shaft was the problem when removed it show no signs of a problem original shaft was smooth the new one was splined maybe an update? Thanks

after all the replies I received and further checking I did,i was confident the bcm was bad. as I had no way to program new one I had customer take vehicle to local dealer.they agreed with my findings and replaced bcm. all is well now.
