| 2006 Chevrolet C4500 Kodiak C4U042 6.6L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GBE4C1286 P0540: intake air heater. Truck came and driver said it lost accelerator pedal operation, he shut down the engine and sprayed wd40 on the pedal and all was good. Ok! With mil on, found p0087, fuel press too low.
