once ecm was replaced we had a skim code and no start. can not program vin with snap on verus. my iflash is down so I had truck towed to dealer. they tell me they can not reprogram a used ecm to this truck. any one have any experience with this?

i found an open in the harness at the bulkhead repaired that and found more issues at the connector going into the transmission so i replaced the connector and all is good thanks for your help guys
