	1999 Chevrolet C1500 Suburban 5.7L Crank Relearn VIN: 3GNEC16R9X The problem was a faulty brake switch with 6 wires. The brake switch signal to VCM was stuck at 12 volt even when brake pedal is applied. I simply cut the wire (terminal 10, C4) to fool the VCM and performed the crank relearn successfully.	7
