Thanks to all that educated me on the MDI needed to perform diagnostics on this vehicle. We elected not to run out and purchase the equipment based on this particular job, just as Justin suggested. We sent the owner to a GM dealership to see if they could help... Trouble codes: P2135 (Throttle/Pedal Postion sensor/switch A/B voltage correlation).

Thanks to everyone for your valuable input. We found that the clutch disc had part of the lining broken/missing. We replaced the clutch and all is good.
