First off thanks to everyone that replied. The fix ended up being a computer reflash by Roush. Apparently it is a know problem and once we reinstalled the computer the check engine light stayed off and the monitors set. HOWEVER...the readings were still the sa... Trouble codes: P0171.

Thanks to all of you for your input. We swapped the ignition coil to cylinder #4 (after #5 in firing order) and the vehicle runs and drives good. No DTC's. You can hear some timing chain slap so I'm sure that the timing chain is stretched causing the incorrect... Trouble codes: P0305 (Misfire Cylinder 5).
