SO I REMOVED THE THROTTLE BODY AND OPENED UP THE ELECTRONICS SIDE AND FOUND A BURN SPOT ON THE CIRCUIT BOARD. REPLACED THE TB AND ALL IS GOOD NOW. THANKS EV...
