| 2002 Volkswagen Beetle GL 1.9L No Start, MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWCP21C92 In short the answer to my question is YES! A start of injection reading of 255 for pid 2 in 04 basic settings group 000 is possible from an out of time pump. Actual pump timing can be read in Measuring block 004 pid 3.
