Ok, both front cylinders ended up having bent valves. Turns out that the dealership not too long ago had replaced the crank bolt on a recall, don't know what they did just to have it break anyway and screw up this guys engine. Thanks to all for your help. 		16

In short the answer to my question is YES! A start of injection reading of 255 for pid 2 in 04 basic settings group 000 is possible from an out of time pump.
