1994 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L No Start
Van would not start after shut off. Testing found no spark, followed flow chart for code ll, and replaced ecm due to no 9 volt feed to distributor. New ecm installed and still no 9 volt feed. I checked 12 volt ign. switch feed to ecm and load tested it. It tes...
