Hi & thanks to everyone that replied. I found an air leak between the EGR body & inlet manifold o-ring. However when this was repaired, the over boost condition would come on earlier & begin blowing various hoses off the intercooler within in 5 metres of tryin... Trouble codes: P0234 (16618 Turbo overboost condition in one wire operating mode).
