| 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII 4.6L Starter circuit VIN: 1LNLM91V4V Replaced the SCIL module. This module supplies ground to the starter relay coil through the Transmission gear select switch. Without that ground it won't crank even though the coil sees 12Vdc at the coil from the key switch. |
