1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck 5.2L Cuts out
At times under load and at idle vehicle will cut out and
back fire. At idle when problem happened, smelled like
rotten eggs. Back fire happens under load. When problem
happens at idle engine almost stalled then tryed to

1995 Chrysler LHS 3.5L 20A Fuse B

Thanks for all the good advice.
I ran a combustion gas test on the coolant and found there to be a trace of exhaust gas in the system. Looks like the heads are coming back off.

Hi guys Atfer looking at all the tips(Thank you for your help). The problem keep leading me back to fuel or ignition, I found that the fuel pump has cavitating and pumping air in with the fuel and the ignition coil pack had one weak coil in it.Thanks again. |
