this sebring has erractic cooling out the vents. owner says after driving 15 mins. dash air feels warm then goes back to cold with fan on 2 or 3. my roadtest with gauges hung on windshield showed at 60 mph on 85 degree day that low would be at 10 psi,high at 2...
