scanned code and found p1739 code, tested solenoid and
found out of limit, specs call for 10ohms to infinit for
ohms test. tested connector and found 5.6 volts at wire.
tested pcm connector pin 19 to 25 and 26 and only had 5.6

2001 Honda Prelude 2.2L clutch
I didn't think it would be but it was the clutch. A piece broke off of the disc and would wedge itself in the pressure plate fingers and then fall out when the fingers moved. After we replaced the clutch all was well. thanks again. |

BOB FROM ONTARIO NAILED IT. SRS MODULE BURNS THE CODE INTO IT AND THE ONLY WAY TO REPAIR IT WAS REPLACMENT OF THE SRS MODULE. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY BUT SEAT BELTS DID TRIGGER. I INSTALLED NEW MODULE AND LIGHTS WENT OUT. THANKS AGAIN TO YOUR REPLYS |

2001 Infiniti I30 3.0L blower resistor
The problem was the blower motor, and after removing the motor, it was difficult to turn freely by hand, so this confirmed it easily. Thank you to those who knew the motor could draw too much current without blowing a fuse, enough to blow the resistor assembly... |

Thanks for your input. Tested everything 14 more times. We then did a visual of the wiring harness. We found the injector harness pinched between the valve cover and cylinder head. We removed the valve cover, repaired the insualation, and hooray, the turd star... |
