scanned code and found p1739 code, tested solenoid and found out of limit, specs call for 10ohms to infinit for ohms test. tested connector and found 5.6 volts at wire. tested pcm connector pin 19 to 25 and 26 and only had 5.6 [...] call for batt voltage, test...
