found a rubbed through wire in black c4 connector for vcm shorted to ground. replaced ecm and repaired harness. all good. thanks to everyone for the help. and i hope this helps someone in the future. Trouble codes: p1361 (ic curcuit not toggling or shorted to ground), p1626 (vats). |
