1995 Lexus ES300 3.0L Cuts out, MIL Lamp on
Hello fellow Techs! This is my first help request. This '95
ES300 came to me with the MIL on and the customer stating
that the vehicle runs fine, no performance issues. DTC
P0401 EGR Insufficient flow was the only code at this time.
Diagnosed and found a fault... Trouble codes: P0401 (Insufficient EGR Flow Detected), P0340 (Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit). |

2002 Nissan Xterra 3.3L No Start
Truck came in on the hook as a no start. First time we hit
the key it fired right up. After pulling codes we found the
p0340 cleared it after looking at the distributor and moved
on to the nise in the front of the engine witch turned out
to be the timing belt ... Trouble codes: p0340 (camshaft position sensor problem). |

1993 Mazda MX-3 1.8L water pump
Hey guys and girls.Thanks for all the help.This job took about 4 hours to do and I did not have to remove timing belt,jusy squeek the pump out past the belt.The belt adjuster bolt was seized in the block so I cut the head off and slid the adjuster off the bolt... |

1999 Nissan Altima 2.4L Hesitation
thank you everyone this one really stumped me for awhile. i got 5 replies with the same answer. check for intake leaks. as soon as i read it i checked and sure enough rite by #4 cylinder was a leak. the owner is back on the road again and happy. thanks all |
