This 87 Taurus is a CAP smog failure. The problem is that

1995 Ford F Super Duty 7.3L No Start, Cuts out
truck was towed in with same problem. scanned hpop, psi at
168 to 170 & ebp at 43 psi & steady. unpluged ebp & engine
started. recheck connectors-ok. engine will not restart
consitanly. when no start, hpop is @ 168 to 170. we have
