Leaking intake gaskets it was! Thanks, folks! Here's some hints for those missing the obvious like me. I tested it as if the intake sealed against the block. The intake is open underneath meaning you can leak test under it in the valley area and I missed this.... Trouble codes: P0305.

Thanks for the help!! We tried everything. Once we used our vacuum filler to remove all the air it seemed to work ok. Thought we had it the first time butt it seems we still had some trapped air. Test drove 40 miles and it seems to be fixed. Thanks again.
