| 1999 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on, reduced power VIN: 3VWRF81H9X The car came in with A/C inop and low power, but no MIL light. A/C problem was intermitant, only happened at higher ambient temps. Traced to temp two pin sensor in upper radiator hose, replaced. Problem solved.
