2001 Volvo S40 1.9L T C M , Pres. Controln Sol
need your help: this 2001 s-40 late shifts out 0f 1 st. has no power taking off...but drives ok after it shifts to higher gears...took to dealer for further review ..they say the ecm and tcm are fried and do not communicate ..they reccom. replace both at 1,200...
