Car came to us from another shop. When started cold after running 5-10 seconds it will start idling up and down, fluctuating 500 rpm. As vehicle warms up, it does it less dramatically until it goes away. This take about 45-60 seconds. If I spray one squirt... Thanks for all the replies. I had scanned it for codes and there were none. Also did a PCM update which I knew was not going to fix it. Customer opted for a Ford reman transmission as he relies on this vehicle for work.

Well folks I believe this one is fixed. We ordered a replacement set of cats from Ford under warranty, installed them and so far so good. Test drove and set all monitors, no pending codes, rear O2s reading steadily not switching wildly. Thanks for all the help... Trouble codes: P0420 (Catalytic converter below threshold bank 1), P0430 (Catalytic converter below threshold bank 2).
