1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L MIL Lamp on
Van came in with MIL, ABS, Brake light on and no odometer
read-out. For the short time I was able to read PIDS I was
showing a good VSS signal at the scan tool, soon lost
comunication with ECM, can not communicate with ABS either.
