| 1993 Ford F800 8.3L belt tensioner VIN: 1F0XK84EOP truck came in with the tensioner laying in the bottom. we found that one bolt was broken. replaced it and it lasted 1 hour before falling off again. all in all we have replaced both bolts and the tensioner and even used locktite the last time the job was done.... |

| 2000 Ford Expedition XLT 4.6L pipe nipple at front of intake VIN: 1FMRU1665Y The front pipe nipple is leaking coolant where it goes into the intake manifold. Ford says to replace the intake.
