We usually respond within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response from us within that timeframe, there is likely a problem with your email account. Please make sure you do not have any spam protection that prevents you from receiving email from domains ending with "iatn.net".
We would like to reiterate that email is the best way to reach us. We have a small staff, and we can more efficiently deal with email than other forms of communication.
