2000 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L Blend Door
No cold air from vents, only heat. Confirmed AC is working, pipes are cold under the hood. Fan works, but blows hot air only. removed blend door actuator, manually moved blend door- cold air now blows thru vents. But, even replacement blend door does not work....
