Fred, OBDII was phased in beginning in 94. It was up to the manufacturers as to whether they used OBDII in 94 and 95. Many had some models that they used to work out the bugs on. Some 94 and 95 OBDII vehicles may not have all of the features as the 96 vehicles... Login to read more.
