Replaced an idler arm, on a 95 Toyota 4 runner, with 2 wheel drive, and 3.0 v-6 engine, auto trans. I noticed a component, mounted on the frame rail just above the idler arm. It has power steering hoses from the pump connected to it. I have no idea what it is ... Login to read more.
