I`m trying to remove a non-funcional lock clyinder from a 91 Lincoln Town Car. Instructions say to drill out the locking pin (1/8 bit)then drill a 3/8 hole through the center of the clyinder. The metal is too hard for cobalt bits and I`m having trouble drillin... Login to read more.
