Well, I put a Toyota igniter in it and drove it, shut it off, restarted it, let it run, thought it was fixed, went to restart it...same problem. Finally decided to check all pin voltages to ECU - Should have done that in the first place. I found a 2.6 volt vol... Login to read more.
