Hi Techs,

I feel stupid in never seeing this but a 94 Dodge Van, 3.9 Came in with a Check Engine code of 21, High 02 Voltage. Scan tool Reads 4.92 and then Goes down to settle at 2.94-3.25 or so. The symptom is at HOT Idle, foot on Brake it slowly chugs out,... Login to read more.
