Not sure if your 2.4 is a V6 or 4cyl. Of the camry's in australia I can suggest for the 4cyl that they have a hydraulic dampner for the exhaust cam, this fails and retards the exhaust timing and makes the ignition timing difficult to set. Other symptoms of low... Login to read more.
