I think Mark is on the right track.

I edited some of the '98-'00 Ford, Mitsubishi and Kia engine performance articles (I'm CMAT, L1 and a former smog tech) and I can tell you those OEMs at that time did not provide any evaporation leak specs of the sort you ... Login to read more.
