Hi Rusty. My 03 Matrix does the same thing, but even without the A/c on. I live a ways out of town, and with my hi beams on, everytime I downshift to 2nd or 1st, I notice the lights dimming for a brief moment. Bugs me, but I don't like dealing with the dealer,... Login to read more.
