I have a 92 Caravan 3.3L with sluggish power steering at idle. Just off idle the steering is fine. There does not seem to be a change in engine rpm when steering and IAC counts stay the same. Does Dodge use a protocol to increase the idle like GM and Ford? I h... Login to read more.
