Kevin, I would seriously try to convince the customer to replace this engine. The cost of rebuilding it is high after you get the parts; gaskets, new bolts, possibly a bunch thread inserts, much less bearings and maybe a crank. GM pays appx. 26 hrs to put pist... Login to read more.
