Looks like a fuel problem ,,LTFT 197 , Map at 4.86v and TPS 100% but O2 voltage is only 460 mv ? doesn't look right to me. Since the pump and filter are new ,, maybe a leaking pulse dampner in tank ? ... Login to read more.
