Looks like the ECM isn't interpreting the TPS signal. Without looking at a wiring diagram I have no clue as to why other than possibly bad pin fit or bad ECM. The one reason I am not thinking bad ground is I just had a GM that had a bad gorund & the TPS was hi... Login to read more.
