Hi Rita... I wonder if he has a clue what car ownership in NYC entails. If he's going to be in Manhattan, he really doesn't need a car. Using cabs and the subway is the way to go. Parking/storage is amazingly expensive and the roads will beat the car to death ... Login to read more.
