If it never gets above 190F on the road, I'd say the radiator, water pump, block, heads, etc are A/OK. If its only a "too hot in traffic" problem, then you've got poor air flow through the radiator, idle speed too low, wrong fan, wrong shroud, W/P pulley too l... Login to read more.
